I specifically didn't block my Lady Eleanor because I love the egg crate look of the back. That texture is too beautiful to flatten out!
I ignored the back of the entrelac scarf I did. It just ceased to exist for me. I know. Not very helpful, eh?
If you really can't stand it, maybe a fleecy backing would work?
I was thinking a silk backing. I don't know how good you are with the needle and thread (just found your blog and am only a few entries into it).Beautiful!
